Treasures, Inc. Therefore we have implemented the following policies to ensure
that these criteria are always met.

We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with
any other party. This includes your E-mail address, credit card information,
phone number, address, or items purchased.
Security:
For your protection, all credit card and ordering information is securely encrypted on our web site,
using the highest encryption available in the industry (256-bit secure sockets
layer encryption). Our security is verified by GoDaddy.com (Click on the
security certificate graphic below this paragraph for more information). Your
Credit card information is not stored online after you have made your purchase.
Please do not send credit card information to us via regular E-mail.
Return Policy:
At Thai Exotic Treasures we are proud to
offer the finest quality products. We value you not just as a customer, but as a
representation of divinity that has allowed us to serve you. If your not
satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to refund you for any unused
products. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so
we can give you return instructions.
Make sure to tell us what your order number was
and what product(s) you are returning. For your protection DO NOT
include
any credit card information in your E-mail (we already have it on file at the office).
As soon as we receive the returned product(s), we will promptly refund 100% of the cost of the
products as well as any sales tax that
was charged (sales tax is only charged for orders inside
California). Merchandise not in original condition will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any shipping charges that were incurred
when we shipped the product(s) or when you returned them. Of course, if we made
a mistake, and we sent you the wrong product or a damaged product, we will
refund you for all shipping cost as well.
Any product(s) that you receive that appears to
have been damaged during shipping should be reported to us immediately by
CLICKING HERE.
Please

DAMAGED OR NOT, UNTIL YOU RECEIVE RETURN AND SHIPPING INFORMATION FROM US.
Shipping:
All items are shipped UPS Ground. We only ship to the United States, Canada, and
Mexico. Allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive (usually you will receive
your order within 5-10 days of placing it). Shipping charges will be added
automatically at
check-out, so you can see them before you consent to finalize your order.
Payment:
Payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, or PayPal.
